Arelle Oberlander is a lyric soprano based in NYC, where she coaches and studies privately. In July 2016, she made her operatic debut as Donna Elvira in Mozart’s Don Giovanni at the Greve Opera Academy & Music Festival in Greve-in-Chianti, Italia.

In December 2014, she produced her NYC Recital Debut: An Evening of German Lieder & Cabaret at the DiMenna Center, accompanied by Edward Bak and Arthur Williford. Inspiration for the Recital Program initiated when Arelle was invited by Ed Bak to participate in the inaugural season of the Sankt Goar International Music Festival & Academy in Germany. She was granted a partial scholarship by co-founder Dr. Emilio Pons, in recognition of her innovative fundraising efforts through the small business she helped launch in April 2014 - Kimono Couture.

She has had the opportunity to participate in numerous summer programs abroad, including Si parla, si canta, in Urbania, Italia and the AIMS in Graz Austria, in the summer of 2013.

Arelle completed her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Arts at the Thornton School of Music at USC. She received 200-hour certification as a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor in Brooklyn last fall, and designs websites, such as this one.
